Meetings are usually held at my place in Mooney Mooney, but I'm happy to discuss coming to you.

Katie will be your vivacious Marriage Celebrant for a joyous, professional and legal marriage celebration. Every relationship is different and this full-service marriage ceremony package captures the essence of you both, in a celebration enjoyed with your many guests.

Here's what you can expect:
  • Lock in your wedding date and marriage ceremony location, then I offer you an obligation-free first meeting!
  • Meetings are held any day (usually early morning or evenings) - book your obligation free meeting!
  • ​A tailored ceremony, designed to celebrate the story of you two.
  • I will tailor your ceremony and offer samples of poems, readings and ceremony rituals for you to choose from.
  • With this marriage ceremony package... you can be flexible with planning your big wedding day.
  • You are probably booking months in advance of your wedding date and you want a Marriage Celebrant like me who will promptly respond to your every planning query leading up to the day.
  • You book me exclusively for the date of your marriage, meaning I do not perform any other marriages on the same day, and you can therefore be more flexible with your time.
  • I will be complete and lodge all official paperwork to ensure your marriage is legal.
  • All meetings are held at your ideal location (i.e. I come to you)
  • One hour rehearsal at your ceremony location (with your bridal party) prior to your wedding day, to prepare for smooth ceremony on the day
  • Play music using my excellent battery-operated PA system
  • Signing table, white table cloth and 2 white chairs
  • I am highly extroverted, cheerful and definitely suited to coordinating small or large groups of people. ​

You will need to provide Katie with valid original evidence of your date and place of birth, photo identification and if relevant your documentation proving the end of any previous marriages

Please note:

Payment of the 50% deposit will secure my services for your wedding date and time.
To get married legally in Australia you are required to sign your 'Notice of Intended Marriage' form (NOIM form) in my presence  more than one month before your chosen marriage date.
On the day of your wedding, you will:
  • sign three (3) marriage certificates.
  • You will require two witnesses who know each of your identities (over 18 yrs). 
​I provide you with a marriage certificate to keep.

After the ceremony, I will register your marriage with the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages in the state or territory in which your marriage took place.

I am unable to perform ceremonies on a boat, as I experience motion sickness.
The marriage cannot take place until the valid evidence of divorce (or death) has been sighted...

A party whose previous marriage ended in divorce must produce evidence of this divorce to the celebrant.

This evidence should take the form of the actual certificate of divorce, or legal Court papers 'decree absolute' or similar, or overseas issued equivalent. 

All overseas documents must be translated by a NAATI accredited translator.
